Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director of Skilled Nursing to lead our organization in delivering exceptional care and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care, leadership, and shift management within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with doctors and healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff in delivering high-quality care
- Oversee shift management, including scheduling and staffing decisions
- Supervise staff members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training
- Review documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Utilize physiology knowledge to enhance care delivery
- Coordinate with home health agencies for specialized services

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
- Proficiency in documentation review and record-keeping
- In-depth knowledge of acute care practices and procedures
- Familiarity with care plans and resident rights regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
- Valid certification or licensure in healthcare management

Pay: $88,049.00 - $95,482.00 per year
