Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full Time NAC (Nursing Assistant Certified) to join our team for day shifts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient care and be knowledgeable in various medical settings.

Starting range at $22-27/hr with $1,000 Bonus paid out in 30/60/90 increments.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
- Assist with medical procedures including catheter care
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Document patient information in electronic health records such as Epic
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery

Requirements:
- Active Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) license
- Prior experience in medical-surgical, assisted living, long term care, acute care, or senior care settings
- Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Familiarity with anatomy and medical terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) is a plus
