If you are looking for purpose-driven work guided by these values, find your career at Madonna! **RESPONSIBILITIES****:*** Coordinates patient care by understanding and utilizing rehabilitation program policies and procedures and job descriptions.* Reviews daily patient schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.* Objectively reports clinical observations to supervising clinician.* Maintains inventory of supplies and order new supplies as indicated.* Produces and follows accurate daily RA schedules.* Follows direction from occupational therapist in patient activities of daily living needs and provide direction to unlicensed assistive personnel.* Follows direction from physical therapist in patient mobility and transfer needs. * Follows direction from speech therapist in patient activities related to feeding and swallowing.**SKILLS & ABILITIES:*** Strong commitment & dedication to Madonna and the patients we serve* Friendly, caring and professional demeanor to achieve an excellent patient/customer experience for individuals going through difficult experiences* Excellent communication skills* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to challenging situations* Desire to make a difference in the lives of rehabilitation patients and their families**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE****:*** Active Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing in Nebraska* Requires 6 months previous nursing assistant experience. * Successful completion of 80-hour Rehabilitation Associate course which includes 100% class attendance and a post test score of 80% or above. * Valid Nebraska driver’s license and proof of good driving record preferred. * Incumbent must be 18 years of age or older._Madonna provides a professional work environment free from discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment.
