This is a remote position.
Im recruiting for agrowing financial services firm (RIA) who is looking to expandtheir existing team of experienced FinancialAdvisors.
Myclient is aggressively expanding across the U.S. and this role is100% remote.
- Theyhave $2.5B of AUM with a target of $25B by 2027. Their goal is togo public and to have as many advisor / equity owners as possible.
- Having existing AUM is not arequirement to be considered but wanting to grow and contribute toa dynamic teamis.
- They arelooking for advisors who want to grow as well. Many advisors withsignificant books of business have more than doubled their AUM inthe last 12 months with the average increasing by 35% ormore.
- This is a1099 position and there is no base salary . They areideally looking for those with entrepreneurial mindsets that canhelp them scale and serve more people.
There is potentialtransition money depending on the size of your book andAUM.
Mypersonal experience with them is that they have a great cultureawesome leadership and aggressive plans for immediate and futuregrowth.
Requirements
Ideally they are looking forsomeone with experience as a FinancialAdvisor.
You would needsome financial licenses that you could obtain after being hired ifyou dont have them currently or theyexpired.
Benefits
This a fulltime 1099 role with a verygenerous commission plan with no cap!!
