You are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a warm, welcoming demeanor that puts clients at ease. As an essential part of our team, you will support our providers in delivering personalized aesthetic treatments, ensuring each client feels valued and cared for.

This role requires a high level of integrity, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for ensuring our clients have the best experience possible.

Specific Responsibilities Include :

Preparing Patients for Treatments : Greet patients, guide them to treatment rooms, and ensure they are comfortable and ready for their procedures.

Assisting During Procedures : Support aesthetic providers during treatments. This includes preparing supplies for treatment, managing supplies, and providing support to ensure patient comfort.

Clinical Support : Perform tasks such as reviewing treatment plans with patients, and preparing treatment rooms and equipment.

Consultation Support : Sit in during consultations to assist providers and ensure all relevant information is documented.

Patient Charting : Collaborate with the aesthetic provider to perform all patient charting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for each client.

Maintain Clinic Standards : Ensure that all treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.

Product Knowledge : Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate skincare products from our range.

Training and Development : Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques and treatments.

Requirements :

Experience working as a Medical Assistant, within dermatology or plastic surgery preferred

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exhibit a professional demeanor, and follow ethical guidelines in all aspects of the job

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges as the clinic's requirements evolve

Must be able to stand for extended periods to assist with treatments

Pay and Perks :

$25-30 / hr with benefits plus performance-based bonuses
