Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented Video and Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and designing visually stunning graphics that align with our brand identity. Your tasks will include editing and assembling raw footage, adding special effects and transitions, and creating compelling motion graphics. Additionally, you will design a variety of digital and print materials as well as website visuals. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Salary for this position : $50,000 - 60,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage to create polished, professional final products.
• Assemble and trim video segments to set the desired sequence and create the right flow.
• Add music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the storytelling.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients or stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate to ensure the best practices in user experience are integrated into our website.
• Manage updates and upgrades to our website, enhancing features and improving navigation as needed.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
• Proficiency of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create visually appealing and effective designs for both print and digital media.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment and leading web design projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
