Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy and possess excellent communication skills to provide top-notch service to our valued customers. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Process sales orders for all goods requested through client orders and ensure customers have a smooth sales transaction.
- Track and fill back orders to fulfill all client requests.
- Coordinate efforts with the shipping/receiving department to assure timely receipt of goods for all warehouse locations.
- Facilitate & process RMA/warranty requests.
- Process and print packing lists and picking sheets for warehouse staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for individual customers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and concerns.
- Provide information about Magen eco-Energy US products and services, including solar energy solutions, pricing, and installation processes.
- Assist customers in understanding the benefits of renewable energy and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively, aiming for first-call resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM Hubspot system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing feedback from customer interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with patience and empathy.
- Knowledge or interest in renewable energy and sustainability is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software Hubspot and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
