MAGGIE'S RESTAURANT in Westminster, MD is currently interviewing for the position of GENERAL MANAGER .

The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, engagement, and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food, beverage, dining room, and kitchen supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are highly satisfied with their dining experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Primary responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service.
- You will be expected to achieve goals in all areas related to Food Excellence, People Engagement & Retention, Profit Sustainability & Growth, and Operations Efficiency. All this to achieve one of our core Guiding Principles: WE ARE HOSPITALITY.
We are looking for an experienced restaurant management leader who has 3 years in a management level role at a full-service upscale casual restaurant . Supervision of both Kitchen and FOH operations is required. Must be able to articulate the benchmarks for running a great shift and building sales for the long term.

Toast, Margin Edge, and general restaurant systems experience is also a plus (payroll, workers comp, cost management, kitchen management, inventory, sanitation, etc).
