Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in auto body repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.

Duties:
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and framework straightening.
- Conduct auto painting and refinishing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.
- Utilize welding equipment for repairs requiring fabrication or metalwork.
- Perform airless paint spraying for efficient and effective paint application.
- Complete auto estimating for repair costs and labor hours.
- Conduct buffing and polishing to achieve a smooth finish on painted surfaces.
- Repair or replace auto glass as needed.
- Perform vehicle maintenance tasks as required.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting when necessary.

Skills:
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred.
- Proficiency in welding techniques for metalwork repairs.
- Knowledge of auto estimating software for accurate repair cost assessments.
- Competence in auto painting techniques and color matching.
- Familiarity with airless paint spraying equipment for efficient paint application.
- Mechanical aptitude to perform basic mechanic duties related to auto body repairs.
- Skill in buffing and polishing to achieve a high-quality finish on vehicles.
