```Job Duties```
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, etc..
- Prepare and edit correspondence and reports
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain confidential files and records.
- Maintain company general email inboxes, process customers comments/complaints
- Maintian the content for all delivery platforms content, updates, etc.
- Manage office supplies and inventory. - Assist the company's VIP customer database
```Requirements```
- Great written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in file management, QuickBooks, and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills, including attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
