We are searching for a focused Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our incredible team at Magical Destinations Travel. If you have great enthusiasm for the hospitality & tourism industry and an entrepreneurial mindset, then we want to meet you! As a Remote Travel Reservation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for your clients. Our company works with various vendors, which will allow you to customize your client's vacation! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events & activities) • Process payments on behalf of the client • Provide all necessary documents to clients - before and after travel • Provide exceptional customer service to clients • Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors • Work well in a group/team setting • Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies • Complete required certification within a timely manner • Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners  Skills and Requirements: • Must be 18 years of age or older, and be a resident of the United States • Must have a smartphone and/or a computer, with reliable internet access • Must have a smartphone and/or computer, with reliable internet access • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively • Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests • Ability to manage time and be organized • Attention to accuracy and detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Computer and Internet knowledge • Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage Our agents receive: • Credentials, E&O Insurance, Licensing, Certifications • Option to specialize in specific niches and/or destinations • Numerous vendor and company trainings • Flexible Schedule • Ability to participate in FAM Trips • Travel Agent Discounts and PerksApply Today
