We are currently in search of Remote Travel Advisors who are responsible for efficiently managing incoming requests through various channels such as smartphones and email. As a Travel Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing all booking needs for both business and leisure travel while delivering exceptional customer service to exceed clients’ expectations. You will also have the opportunity to sell package options, tours, event tickets, and more. No experience is needed as comprehensive training and certifications will be provided. Responsibilities
Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline bookings, car rentals, cruises, hotels, and event tickets.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors.
Collaborate effectively in a team setting.
Stay informed about industry trends and policies.
Collect and enter data into our software while maintaining client files.
Complete required certifications in a timely manner.
Engage in ongoing training with our company and travel partners.
