Magical Destinations Travel is looking for positive and hard-working individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Advisors. As a Remote Client Advisor, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for clients, providing them with personalized vacation experiences in collaboration with our various vendors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales across various services such as airline bookings, car rentals, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities.
- Manage client payments efficiently.
- Assist clients with all necessary documentation before and after travel.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout their journey.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors.
- Collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Stay informed about the latest travel industry trends and policies.
- Complete mandatory certifications within the specified timeframe.
- Engage in continuous training with our company and travel partners.
- Must be 18 years or older and a U.S. resident.
- Possess a smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide travel recommendations based on client preferences.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with computers and the Internet.
- Personal travel experience is a plus.
- Credentials, E&O Insurance, Licensing, and Certifications.
- Specialization opportunities in specific niches and destinations.
