About the Role

As a Material Inbound Coordinator , you will manage the administrative coordination and receiving of incoming materials deliveries and act as an interface to our customer as well as to the carrier.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-by-day delivery schedule
• Administrate receiving of incoming material deliveries
• Issue Management
• Follow defined processes and execute plan to ensure material storing
• Ensuring accurate data management to maintain the quality of warehouse data.
• Actively support the team with best practices and lessons learned

Who we are looking for

• High School degree (or equivalent)
• Experience in SAP (Warehouse Management, Materials Management and Distribution)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in English

• Higher technical education in logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluent in Spanish
