Magnificent HomeCare LLC is Hiring a Home Health Consultant Near Macon, GA

  • Ensure that the skilled nursing facility is adequately staffed with CNA's, LPN, RN's, RT's to fulfill resident needs on "5" different shifts.
  • Consult with the Director of Nursing concerning staffing needs to assist in eliminating/correcting problem areas, and/or improvement of services.
  • Performs daily and monthly staffing in accordance with management instructions.
  • Create and present Nursing/staffing reports to the Executive Director on a timely basis.
  • Maintain Nursing attendance records accurately and timely and reports concerns to the Director of Nursing.
  • Assist in developing, implementing and coordinating staffing procedures.
  • Schedule appointments, answer phones, etc. Keep the Nurse Staffing needs met as directed.
  • Understanding of Nursing needs to aid in staffing all shiftsn& units in Nursing department.
  • Audits nursing personnel time accurately and timely.
  • Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image.
  • Post daily staffing requirements in Onshift Scheduling.
  • Attend and participate in in-service training programs to meet state, federal, and company requirements.
  • Work cooperatively with Staffing Lead to calculate PPD and other reports as needed.

Staffing Coordinator Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 5 years of Required Onshift Scheduling experience as a Staffing Coordinator in a Long Term Care Community/Nurinsg Home.
  • Experience scheduling for large skilled nursing community; 175 beds or higher. (Scheduling for CNA, LPN, RN, RT over 7-3, 3-11, 11-7, 7a-7p, 7p-7a.)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Document care provided and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved home health aide training program
- Valid certification as a home health aide
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Compassionate and caring nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation to travel to client's homes

  • Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the application of current best practices.
  • Work closely with audit team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing client concerns, responding promptly to inquiries, and maintaining positive client relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
