The Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

- Analyze CS operations / metrics and Guest / Host behaviors in order to estimate the financial impact of proposed launch initiatives and influence initiatives and business outcomes.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish key metrics pre and post launch. Establish post-launch frameworks in order to continually evolve / modify launch initiatives to ensure business objectives are achieved.

- Support the Community Support Strategic Planning & Operations, Content & Optimization and Delivery teams through annual planning, monthly forecasts, close and actuals vs forecast analysis.

Requirements

-10 years in FP&A, accounting, and business operations required

Solid experience with planning and budgeting processes, financial forecasting, P&L management, interpreting and reporting business performance results.

-Strong financial modeling in Excel / Google Sheets is a must

-Familiarity with Anaplan and Workday Financials are a plus

-Comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

-Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment

Education:

B.A. or B.S. in Business, Finance, or Accounting

Pay Rate Range: $110-$130/hour.
