Overview:
We are seeking a Banquet Captain to oversee banquet events and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality and food service.

Duties:
- Manage banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
- Supervise banquet operations to meet service standards
- Conduct pre-event meetings to review details with staff
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in team management within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and inventory management
- Proficiency in bartending and food service procedures
- Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate staff effectively
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Background in the food industry with a focus on banquets and events
