Technical Lead Your Role As a Technical Lead, you will provide engineering expertise and guidance in areas such as modeling, HDD design, M&R design, linear transmission/distribution, MAOP, and permitting. You will be crucial in the planning, design, procurement, and construction of natural gas pipeline facilities and other utility projects.

Pay: $100,000 - $160,000 depending on years of experience

- Technical Management: Oversee all project phases, including scope development, design, materials procurement, permitting, and construction assessments.
- Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with project managers and staff to ensure QA/QC reviews meet client, MRS, and industry standards.
- Site Engagement: Conduct site visits and participate in technical/progress review meetings.
- Team Development: Lead, train, develop, and appraise divisional employees.
- Strategic Assessment: Perform feasibility assessments and make strategic recommendations.
- Industry Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with all safety policies.
Qualifications: - Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred) with at least seven (7) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven expertise in modeling, HDD design, M&R design, linear transmission/distribution, MAOP, and permitting.
- Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with CAD, GIS software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, etc.), and related concepts.
- Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of profit & loss statements and budget management.
- Effective Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate regulatory agency guidance and industry laws.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work extended hours for project assignments and meetings.
