Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent
Magnuson Grand Pikes Peak Hotel is currently hiring a Night Auditor/Graveyard/Front Desk Agent for our team. We have open position for the graveyard shift from 11PM to 7AM. We are looking for an outgoing friendly individual who enjoys being around people and who is able to provide prompt and courteous service. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for assisting in the operation of the front desk and guest service. Must be able to multi-task and prioritizes with excellent customer service while maintaining a positive respectful guest relation at all times. Needs to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.

Job Functions:

• Greet and handle guests walk-in and reservations
• Book reservations for individuals, families and groups
• Answer phone calls to response to guest needs and reservations
• Respond promptly and fulfill guest requests during their entire stay
• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Refer guests to local amenities and venues
• Provide guest with directions
• Check-in/ Check-out
• Night Audit
• Set up and restock breakfast
• Check and test pool and hot tub and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in busy environment with high volume of guest traffic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to multi task
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• On call
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Front Desk Hotel: 1 year (Preferred)
