Responsibilities:
The Control Panel Assembler will be responsible for assembling and building control panels using a variety of small hand tools, soldering skills, blueprint and schematics and cable assembly/organization. This is an entry to mid-level role and a variety of skills can be considered.
Starting Pay Rate: $20 based on experience in this role.
Hours: 40-45 hours, minimal OT. 6am-330pm, may shift to a 7am start time.

Responsibilities:
· Read electrical and control schematics and assemble and wire panels to specification for PLC controls, operator consoles, variable speed drives, motor controls, and/or pneumatic controls.
· Inspect and test completed panels.
· Maintain equipment and tools in a neat, clean, and efficient work area.
· Work with shop manager to schedule and prioritize tasks.
· Occasionally support installations at local customer facilities.
Requirements:
· Previous panel building experience preferred (willing to train a motivated candidate)
· At least 1-year in similar role in circuit board assembly, control panel assembly or related electronics experience
· Ability to solder and desolder.
· Ability to follow guidelines and read English schematics.
· Familiarity with NEC, UL, and/or CSA codes preferred.
· Demonstrated mechanical ability.
· Knowledge of proper and safe use of hand tools and small power tools.
