Job Summary:
Maguire's Ford Lincoln in Palmyra, Pennsylvania is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Internet Sales Representative. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry with a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 per year. As an Internet Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving online sales and assisting customers with their vehicle purchases.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to online inquiries and leads in a timely and professional manner
- Educate potential customers on vehicle options, features, and benefits
- Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person vehicle demonstrations
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions with customers
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads and sales activities
- Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with sales team to reach monthly and yearly sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and dealership promotions
- Attend regular training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and techniques
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed
