- Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
- Schedule pick up and Delivery for customers.
- Greeting customers and helping them determine repairs and relevant costs.
- Communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and relaying information to the Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about their employer's range of services and contacting customers to update them about their vehicle's repair status and future needs.
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Advise customer's of the status of their vehicle.
- Clearly explain invoicing including customer charges and warranty coverages.
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
- Automotive Experience preferred
- Exception grasp of communication skills
- Proficient with basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage work-flow and establish priorities
- Maintain professional demeanor in stressful situations
