Job DescriptionMedical Device Junior Technical Sales AssistantAre you interested in working for a neuroscience, medical technology and sales company? We are an innovative, Denmark-based medical device manufacturer offering clinical and research technology for non-invasive brain stimulation. We are looking for an entry-level service technician to work with new and continually evolving technology that holds the potential to change how mental health and physical conditions are treated.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual.
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Pay Range: 50-55k
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in BME, EE. ME or AE
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with physicians and researchers in the mental health field.
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex engineering and medical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in engineering technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and creative skills.
  • Willingness to travel 10-15%
  • Cloud troubleshooting and general network knowledge.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team to create unique, complex technological solutions for customers.
  • Partner with the sales team to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve problems.
  • Successfully match customer requirements to proposed solutions.
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations, training, and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
  • Collect and document competitive intelligence.
  • Assist with tradeshows and provide technical presentations to various sizes of audience.

Today, the treatment is widely adopted and reimbursed, especially in the USA, and MagVenture is the largest supplier worldwide. The technique is
also used for advanced rehabilitation and for neurological diagnostics. Some of our products are used for research and are used e.g., by Harvard and Stanford Universities for the development of
