MAGZ Sports Group is seeking a talented and motivated NIL Marketing Intern who is proficient in using Canva to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sports marketing while utilizing your graphic design skills to create visually appealing content. This position will primarily focus on creating engaging graphics and materials for our marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and events.

Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design: Utilize Canva to create visually appealing graphics, including social media posts, infographics, banners, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the designs align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

2. Social Media Management: Assist in managing and curating content for our social media platforms. Create eye-catching visuals using Canva to enhance our social media presence and engage our target audience.

3. Content Creation: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas for various marketing campaigns. Use Canva to bring these concepts to life through visually compelling designs.

4. Branding and Identity: Assist in maintaining and developing the visual identity of MAGZ Sports. Create templates, style guides, and branded assets using Canva that align with our brand guidelines.

5. Event Support: Provide support in organizing and promoting sports events. Use Canva to design event materials such as posters, flyers, and digital assets to effectively communicate event details and attract attendees.

6. Research and Analysis: Stay updated with the latest sports marketing trends, design techniques, and best practices. Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative ways to enhance our marketing strategies using Canva.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Marketing, Graphic Design, Sports Management, or related field).

- Proficiency in using Canva and other graphic design software.

- Strong creative and visual communication skills.

- Knowledge and passion for sports.

- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
