Sales Floor Manager

We're seeking a charismatic Sales Floor Manager to lead our team in Lakewood, NJ! The ideal candidate is a people person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and mentor sales team members
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Work collaboratively to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Flexible schedule (minimum 10 : 30am-3 : 30pm, with opportunities for additional hours)
Requirements :
- 2 years of sales management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Good taste and knowledge of houseware products (preferred)
