Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Product Owner/Project Manager to join our tech department. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile Project Management and a basic tech background. This role involves working directly with development teams and stakeholders to define and own tech products from design to implementation. You will represent the user for the development team, manage expectations, and ensure continuous support for released products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Define and own tech products from design to implementation, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
• Agile Project Management: Work within an agile framework to manage the development and delivery of tech products.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and prioritize product features.
• Development Team Coordination: Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of product goals and user requirements.
• Support Maintenance: Coordinate with the support team to provide continuous support and improvements for released products.

Required Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of project management and product ownership.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage time and resources to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent Communication: Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and ensure clear communication within the team.
• Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration.
• Understanding of Technology: Basic knowledge of technology and software development processes.

Preferred Skills:

• JIRA: Experience using JIRA for project management and tracking.
• Asana: Familiarity with Asana for task and project management or similar.
• SDLC Knowledge: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
