**Requirements:**

* You've got a car, driver's license, and insurance.

* You can pass a background check

* 1 year professional cleaning experience

**Physical Demands** *Requires frequently:* Standing, carrying and/or lift 15 lbs., walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, sitting for long periods, reaching above and below shoulder level; full use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso. Must be able to function in high-pressure situations, take legible handwritten notes where necessary, have correctable vision and hearing. Also includes environmental exposure to chemicals typically found in cleaning solutions, air conditioned/heated home environments, low to medium noise levels such as that typical of cleaning equipment operations, and lighting as found in typical home environments. **This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
