CLINCAL NURSE SPECIALIST
SURGICAL ICU
Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm
No holidays/weekends

Requirements:

•Clinical expertise in a focus area: Critical Care

•Evidence-Based Practice

•Collaboration, consultation, education, mentoring, and change leadership

•Coordinates and guides clinical activities/projects of nurses within a practice area (Critical Care)

•Responsible for maintaining current professional knowledge and competencies and contributing to the advancement of the practice of nursing at the local and national level

•Master's degree in Nursing (Graduated preparation must have included clinical application of the CNS role component) Minimum of three to five years of clinical experience andexpertise in specialty area

Preferred:

•Board certification as a CNS in current clinical specialty
