We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled ProductOwner with Pega experience to lead our client’s digital transformationinitiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping anddelivering our client’s digital strategy, working closely with cross-functionalteams to enhance our business processes and customer experiences through Pega’srobust capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Youwill lead our client’s digital transformation initiatives by defining theproduct vision, developing and prioritizing the product roadmap, and managingthe Agile development process. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensurealignment with business goals and drive the adoption of Pega solutions.Additionally, you will oversee quality assurance, performance monitoring, anduser training to maximize the platform's benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner orsimilar role, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Pega.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanceddegree preferred.
• Pega Certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies andexperience leading Agile development teams.
• Proficiency in the Pega Platform and relatedtools. Familiarity with other digital transformation technologies and platformsis a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influencestakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead and inspirecross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative workenvironment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and communicate the product vision andstrategy for digital transformation initiatives using Pega technology.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap thataligns with the company’s strategic objectives and ensures the timely deliveryof high-impact features and improvements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, includingbusiness leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to gather requirements, prioritizefeatures, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Create, prioritize, and manage the productbacklog, ensuring that it reflects the evolving needs of the business anddelivers maximum value.
• Lead Agile development teams, facilitatingceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, andretrospectives to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
• Write clear, concise, and actionable userstories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that development teams understand therequirements and the desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases,validate deliverables, and ensure that the final product meets qualitystandards and business expectations.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, usingdata-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuousimprovement.
• Lead change management efforts to ensuresuccessful adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.
• Provide training and support to end-users andother stakeholders to maximize the benefits of the Pega platform.
