Assure appropriate systematic monitoring and evaluation of the delivery of patient care for all departments, patient safety, infection control, patient satisfaction and continuous improvement in those clinical measures reports to external agencies. May have system accountability for a project or system department in MLH Quality and Patient Safety.

Experience:

·Minimum of 5 years of healthcare experience in an acute care hospital setting, RN or OT required.

·Minimum of 3 years of quality improvement experience, preferably in an acute care setting.

·Minimum of 5 years management experience preferred.

Education:Bachelors in a healthcare field is required.

Masters in healthcare-related field preferred.
