As a Physical Therapist, you will perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation. This position will work in the Rehab Works Department working with chronic pain/ work hardening and general orthopedic patients

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehab
Shift: Full Time, 40 hours/week: Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift
Experience:
1. Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting2. Experience with Chronic Pain/ Work Hardening patients highly preferred
Education:
1. Graduate of a physical therapy program is required.
2. BS required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Current PA Physical Therapy license.
2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) is required on hire.
3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (as applicable).
