Description
Join our practice in Las Cruces, NM where CRNAs and MDs practice independently alongside each other in a Collaborative Anesthesiology Team. You'll join a collegial team of 17 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists who prioritize inter-professional collaboration to ensure we provide the best possible anesthetic care to our patients.
CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc. A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency. Willing to mentor for blocks and lines. Excellent surgeons & OR Team. Great work environment that strongly values CRNAs.

• Weekday Call:
  • Weeknight Call (Monday-Friday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) - every 10th night
    OB Call - In-house OB shifts available every 10th night
• Weekend Call:
  • Weekend Call - every 10th weekend
    OB Call - In-house OB shifts available every 7th weekend
• Case variety: wide variety of cases, ages, and conditions

CRNAs with at least one year of experience are preferred, however we will consider new grad CRNAs who are highly motivated to succeed in an independent practice setting.

$310 - $320K
1099 Practice
$40K Sign-On/ Relocation Bonus
$20K retention bonus received every 12 months after provider contract has been in effect for 25 months
7 Weeks off Per Year
