Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Director (approx. 30 hours per week) to oversee the operations at our Christian-sponsored school. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of young children
- Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool, including staff supervision, budgeting, and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with teachers to create a positive learning environment that fosters creativity and curiosity
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and communicate with parents about their child's development
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and safety regulations

Skills:

- Classroom experience (preferably 5 years) in a school setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Budgeting expertise to effectively manage financial resources
- A strong love of children and the Lord
- Bachelor degree in Education or related field preferred
