Job opening for Veterinary Technician at our 1 doctor practice in Middletown, Delaware. We are a small animal only clinic (dogs and cats, no exotics) with 2 current employees so everyone shares tasks. Duties involve animal restraint, answering phones, dealing with clients in a friendly manner, helping take Xrays, and assisting with surgery. You must be physically fit and able to lift at least 40 pounds. We are paperless and use Cornerstone.

Recent experience as a Vet Tech preferred but we would consider training someone with the right mentality who has worked at a kennel or Dog Daycare.

Position is for Full Time- about 30 - 40 hours a week; no evening, weekend, or emergency.

Candidates must pass a drug and background screen and provide 1 professional reference, preferably veterinary or animal care related.
