Title of Position: Facilities Daily Operations Supervisor
Bargaining Unit/Salary Range: MSEA Supervisory; Level 25; Starting at $66,497.60
Responsibilities: The position has responsibility for supervising integrated facility operations and maintenance for the college. The position shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Management Department and assist as needed with special projects. Directing and daily management for the work of a multi-trades’ workforce, or contract force, engaged in activities associated with the operations, maintenance, housekeeping or other operations of the various buildings or facilities on campus. Continually inspects and assesses the conditions of campus buildings to determine maintenance, repairs or renovation needs or other operations of the various buildings or facilities on campus, and problem solving as required. Responsibilities include supervision of personnel, assistance with developing and maintaining budgets and projects.
Minimum Qualifications: Associates Degree in Facilities, Management, or related program and 4 years of experience in facilities operations including supervisory responsibilities for a large facility with multiple buildings and infrastructure or eight years of combination of education, training, and management experience in facilities operations, to include experience in the mechanical trades.
