We are seeking a skilled and experienced Breakfast Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of culinary experience and a strong customer service mindset. As a Breakfast Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, interacting directly with guests, and ensuring that all brand standards and specifications are met.

Breakfast Line Cook Responsibilities Include:

- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to brand standards and specifications

- Interact directly with guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain knowledge of brand requirements and menu items

- Prep, clean, organize, and sanitize dishware and equipment and all areas of the restaurant and BOH space

- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned

- Work early morning hours: 5am start time during the week and 6am start time on weekends.
