We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to oversee the revenue generation efforts of Maine Course Hospitality Groups Four Points by Sheraton Greensboro Airport, NC! The Director of Sales is responsible for the Sales and Marketing of the hotel, including soliciting of new accounts, nurturing and growing existing client relationships/business.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering results. 70% of your time will be spent on proactive outside sales generation.

Some of the Director of Sales Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Work closely with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and hotel policies
