Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dedicated Chiropractic Assistant Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the clinic.
· Schedule and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s scheduling software.
· Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle patient communications.
· Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures.
· Collect and process payments, including insurance verification and billing.
· Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
· Assist the chiropractor with clinical tasks as needed, including preparing treatment rooms and equipment.
· Maintain a clean and organized reception area and waiting room.
· Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
· Provide patients with information about chiropractic services and wellness programs offered by the clinic.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration, managerial experience or medical assistance is a plus.
· Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office, phone systems, scheduling software).
· Knowledge of insurance billing and verification processes is preferred.
· Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
