We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and manage front desk operations in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors, and answer phones with professionalism and courtesy
  • Respond to emails and manage mail correspondence
  • Assist with printing, packaging, and distributing tax returns, financial statements, and other documents
  • Schedule client appointments, meetings, and trainings
  • Prepare and mail client invoices and statements, and handle other correspondence
  • Perform basic accounting tasks and financial record management using QuickBooks
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and complete data entry tasks
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service
