We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and manage front desk operations in a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, and answer phones with professionalism and courtesy
- Respond to emails and manage mail correspondence
- Assist with printing, packaging, and distributing tax returns, financial statements, and other documents
- Schedule client appointments, meetings, and trainings
- Prepare and mail client invoices and statements, and handle other correspondence
- Perform basic accounting tasks and financial record management using QuickBooks
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and complete data entry tasks
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
- Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service
