Residential Property Manager must be able to manage a portfolio of Multifamily
Mobile Home Communities and Homeowner Associations throughout Penobscot
County and Central Maine. Must possess strong leadership, teamwork, and
customer service skills in dealing with tenants and vendors. Is responsible for
overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of residential properties, tenant
satisfaction, and leasing vacant units.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants and individual owners
• Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy, and expiring leases to
  property owners
• Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property, and assessing their
  applications in accordance with anti-discrimination laws
• Attend and help facilitate Monthly Homeowner Association meetings
• Advertising vacant properties and leasing homes
• Inspecting properties and arranging for repairs and new materials as
  required
• Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security,
  and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service
  providers where appropriate
• Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations
• Researching and overseeing capital improvement projects
• Utilizing an advanced and modern Property Management Software

Base Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
