Mortgage Processor

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Mortgage Lending, perform a variety of Loan Processing functions in connection with Real Estate and Consumer loans. Duties may include reviewing quality assurance on new and modified loans, monitoring for exceptions, working with outside vendors for title work, closing preparation, performing file maintenance, and assisting with initial escrow account functionality. Maintaining the pipeline for Loan Officers in a way that provides them with the support necessary for increasing volume and business flow and provides the best experience for both internal and external members.

Requirements:

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated, team oriented, positive thinker with a desire to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You should have a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience. This role will complete and respond to employee, member, and outside requests with varying degrees of complexity, assist consumer and mortgage lenders with the processing of all real estate loans including underwriting, ordering services and legal work, and preparing closing documentation in compliance with QM, ATR, and TRID regulations. Must be able to work to resolve any issues or complaints concerning documentation, disbursement, or file maintenance in a positive, professional manner. Independently monitor and ensure that all consumer and real estate loan servicing functions are completed as scheduled for Loan Ops to finalize upon closing. Must provide support for various Post Closing requests including but not limited to, assisting with data gathering for internal and external audits. This also includes providing and creating support through procedure and process improvement. This role is worked in the main office location.
