The Work: Greet patients, answer phones, and perform clerical duties to support clinical departments. Schedule appointments using computerized scheduling programs. Verify insurance benefits and obtain precertification/authorization as necessary. Determine and accept required payments, including co-pays and deductibles, or refer to financial counselors for follow-up. Ensure timely and accurate entry of all necessary demographic, billing, and clinical information into the registration system. You Have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and support skills. Ability to be flexible and shift priorities quickly. Strong attention to detail.
