This is a per diem – as needed position.

Your Role:
Under general supervision, the Painter, apply coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to decorate and protect exterior and interior surfaces, trimmings, and other building fixtures.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

   2. License/Certifications: N/A.
   3. Experience: N/A.
   4. Knowledgeable of equipment, materials, methods, practices, and tools used in painting trade.
   5. Ability to properly apply paints.
   6. Knowledge of and ability to mix paint to match colors.
   7. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
   8. Ability to work independently.
   9. Ability to use a computerized maintenance management system for work order processing.
