MaineHealth Mt. Washington Valley Rural Health Primary Care practice, is currently seeking an experienced Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) to join this established practice located at MaineHealth Memorial Hospital. Recognized as a NCQA Patient Centered Home, MWV Rural Health Primary Care follows a team-based care model with integrated subspecialties and is supported by a friendly & collaborative care team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program, with a Master’s Degree level of education.
• Current Board Certification as a PA/NP.
• Active State of NH PA/NP license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Prior experience in a physician office setting is preferred.
