Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming Ambassador: Greet and engage customers with a warm welcome as they enter the showroom, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
- Customer Needs Specialist: Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their inquiries and problems, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience
- Phone Liaison: Answer incoming calls and providing information and assistance to customers
- Point-of-Sale Expert: Work with cash registers, process payments, and ensure accurate and efficient transactions, contributing to a seamless customer experience.
- Service Support: Collaborate with the service team by looking up and pulling parts for customers, facilitating smooth service operations
- Customer Service Proficiency: Three or more years of customer service experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a retail environment
- People Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to assist and connect with customers
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using point-of-sales systems, cash registers, and other retail-related technologies.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, ready to contribute to a positive and dynamic work environment.
- Schedule: Availability to work a full-time schedule - Tues-Fri (9:30a-6p), Sat (9a-4p)
