Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead at our location in Northlake, TX. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating logistics activities, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of cargo. The Team Lead will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, providing guidance and support to team members, and collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and exceed customer expectations.
