Mainstay Accounting Professionals is Hiring a Part-time Bookkeeper Near Lincoln, NE
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing transactions in QuickBooks online and document transactions on paper files.
**Duties:**
- Pay bills when due, research any past due notices.
- Invoice cusomters through QuickBooks based on the informaiton provided by owner.
- Deposit checks and record in QuickBooks.
- Process weekly payroll for 1 - 2 people.
- Update paper files with transactions processed.
- Handle clerical tasks related to bookkeeping
**Qualifications:**
- Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks
- Detail oriented
- Follow processes well and learns quickly
-Must be reliable and consistent with working hours and days.
This position will be on site in an office within the shop. Required to complete work 2 times a week M - F. Hours and days of week can be flexible but need to be consistent. Can work during the day or evenings.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week
