Mainstay Farm in Cleburne, TX is looking for one concessions manager to join our dynamic team. We are a seasonal farm park, hosting guests on our farm each Fall, Christmas and Spring, as well as private events throughout the year. We are located on 1004 W Bethesda Rd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, team player, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• As a senior member of our Food Service Crew, this role would supervise multiple seasonal concession locations on the farm including beverage trucks, single item concessionaires, and mobile food production.
• Assist with onsite support for kitchen crews during operating hours
• Weekly inventory, stocking, and recovery for each kitchen
• Team building and training for seasonal staff
• Work directly with Food Service manager to implement and reach weekly production & sales goals.

Qualifications

• Food Service experience preferred
• Management or supervisor experience preferred
• Food Handler's required
