About the Role:

The role of Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing process improvements across our operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. This role is critical to our mission of delivering exceptional fiber optic internet services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes and workflows within the telecommunications operations.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement using data-driven analysis.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Utilize methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects aimed at process optimization, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
• Coordinate with various departments including network engineering, customer service, and logistics to align process improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure process changes meet business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate employees on new processes and best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of process changes, project plans, and improvement results.
• Generate regular reports and presentations for senior management to communicate progress and outcomes.
• Monitor, analyze and act upon negative trends in Customer complaints
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a similar role within the telecommunications industry.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
