We are looking for a full-time Facilities Resource Specialist to add to our team! Be willing to work as part of a team is all you need and we will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Facility Resource Specialist
As a Facilities Resource Specialist you will work with the program supervisors and directors to ensure that the offices are safe and secure and provide a comfortable work environment for the program team. You also assist with the management of the agency’s fleet vehicles everything from scheduling preventative maintenance to filing insurance claims., work with property managers and vendors. You will be required to travel at least once a month to your assigned offices and generate the necessary reports.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is outgoing, has a working knowledge of the Microsoft; Word and Excel and good communication skills.
